nens skang guna minyak zaitun tuk kegunaan goreng2 menggoreng yg menggunakan kadar minyak yang sedikit..al-maklum minyak zaitun ni, leh tahan gak herge die..jd ikut kemampuan ler..

Khasiat Minyak Zaitun ialah :

1. Melumurnya pada kulit dan minum sesudu, Melindungi kulit dan tulang daripada kanser.
2. Mengurangkan kandungan kolestrol.
3. Minum satu sudu sehari dapat mengelakkan paru-paru daripada kanser.
4. Meminum sesudu sehari dapat menguatkan ingatan.

14. Rub on elbows and knees for intense moisturizing.

15. For stained nails and fingers, simply add a few drops of lemon juice to olive oil and soak your fingers in it.
